Two stainless steel needles (6mm and 8mm) fit either syringe, so you’re covered for thick or thin marinades. Everything packs into a dual 3mm wooden storage box. Yes. Injecting meat allows marinades, butter, herbs, and seasonings to reach the centre of the meat instead of only flavouring the surface. This helps improve moisture retention, tenderness, and flavour throughout the cut, especially when braaiing, smoking, roasting, or slow cooking.
A meat injector can be used on chicken, turkey, brisket, pork shoulder, lamb, beef, venison, and other game meats. It is particularly useful for larger cuts that benefit from additional moisture and flavour during cooking.
A meat injector is a practical gift for braai enthusiasts, BBQ lovers, hunters, and home cooks. It helps improve the flavour and juiciness of meat and is a popular accessory for anyone who enjoys experimenting with marinades, smoking, roasting, or outdoor cooking.
